I'm sure you know about these, but, we swear by those Zicam swabs you do right as you feel the cold coming on. It lessens the severity and the times we have been good about using them, we haven't gotten a full-fledged cold. I could be that company's spokesperson. :) Anyway, hope you feel better soon - colds are NO fun.
