Turtle

My daughter made these two sand turtles while we were vacationing at the beach in August. She was so focused in her sand creations during our stay. Between the massive hole she dug, to the large sand castle, to these turtles; it was a great release for her to be soaked in creativity for so long, with no clock ticking, no schedule to stop her. It was equally as relaxing for me to sit and watch her.

I am so excited to see where she will land some day in the future. What path she decides to take. Every step of her creativity is more interesting to me than the previous step. The journey will be great no matter what she chooses.
