Tonight I am snuggled with my boy on the couch, computer in my lap, and the fireplace a glow. My daughter is on a Girls Night Out with my mom, seeing a theatrical play of Anne of Green Gables, while my husband is in the den working on photos from a photography session he had this afternoon.
My son suggested that we do a mini interview. So, here goes:
Q: What is your favorite food?
Son: Clams and Calamari
Q: What is your favorite food to cook?
Son: Desserts like pastries, cookies, and fancy cider.
Q: Do you want to own a restaurant some day?
Son: More than ever.
Q: What would you name it?
Son: Mono Boulangerie
Q: What does that mean?
Son: Mono means One, and Boulangerie is French for a Bakery Shop.
Q: That sounds perfect! Where do you want to set up this shop of yours?
Son: Yellowstone ... hahaha ... Um, actually, that would be perfect for me.
Q: Why? Why would that be perfect for you?
Son: Because after work, I could take pictures of all the animals and sell them in my bakery. It would be ideal. It is so awesome there!
Q: Would you let me come visit you?
Son: You and everybody else.
Q: Would you give me a discount?
Son: Depends on my mood.
Q: Nice. At least you are honest. Anything else you want to share with blogland?
Son: Not really.
Okay, that wraps up the interview with my ten year old son!

That just makes me smile.
:)
My guess is that this will happen. Nothing would surprise me. I can't wait to buy a fresh bagel from his shop and then go out in to the Yellowstone wilderness looking for animals with him.
That is darling! I will surely come to his bakery in Yellowstone!:)
